- If your product is damaged or defective then you can return the product.
- Return shipping cost is entirely responsibility of customer.
- Change of mind is not acceptable for return.
- Replacement will be possible after complete inspection of product.
- In case of damaged product received, customer has to provide pictures of damage product at the time of receiving.
- Replacement against the damaged/defective product will be accepted only if notified within 12 hours of delivery.
- Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days of receipt of the product when provided goods are received in acceptable condition.
- On Sale items will not be replaced.
- Purchased item can only be replaced with same or other products (Cash back is not possible).
- Custom made orders will not be returned or replaced.
