  • If your product is damaged or defective then you can return the product.
  • Return shipping cost is entirely responsibility of customer.
  • Change of mind is not acceptable for return.
  • Replacement will be possible after complete inspection of product.
  • In case of damaged product received, customer has to provide pictures of damage product at the time of receiving.
  • Replacement against the damaged/defective product will be accepted only if notified within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days of receipt of the product when provided goods are received in acceptable condition.
  • On Sale items will not be replaced.
  • Purchased item can only be replaced with same or other products (Cash back is not possible).
  • Custom made orders will not be returned or replaced.
